24 City takes place in Chengdu, China, and it is about the major changes within the city when one of the largest factories in the city was torn down in order to make luxury housing. It goes through a lot of stories about the people that once worked at the factory, and it even has some younger people who were mere children of the factory workers when it was in business, and the talk about childhood visits that they had to the factory with their parents.
