The Mexican government contends that the young men were abducted by drug dealers who mistook them for a rival gang, but it's not clear, according to the filmmaker, that this story represents the truth. The film, directed by Charlie Minn, presents interviews with those who may know something about the truth, as well as scientific evidence that contradicts the claims of authorities.
