A comedy movie featuring a father-son duo Raman (Kader Khan) and Prasad (Shakti Kapoor) who embark on a series of crime and con escapades amassing wealth and property. They stop at nothing and turns out that even their Raman's own sister and nephew Ravi (Jackie Shroff) is not safe from his conning ways. Finally, a man Anil (Aditya Pancholi), decides to help Ravi beat the duo at their own game.
