Watch Barn Burning

Barn Burning is a family drama short film that was released in 1980. The film follows a man who is a tenement farmer who has had a very difficult life. Much of this is the result of the man having a very violent nature. This eventually leads to the man committing a crime that is his final undoing. Barn Burning was directed by Peter Werner. The film is based on the novel by William Faulkner, and was adapted into a teleplay by Horton Foote. The main character is played by Tommy Lee Jones, and features performances by Diane Kagan and Shawn Whittington.
