Deadly Drifter is a dramatic movie. It is about a man who lives in New York but works around the country. Rex is a member of a revolutionary cell. He lives in Greenwich Village in New York. He gets his orders through various means. This is to keep the different cells separated. Once Rex receives his orders he takes off across the country. He uses different names in each urban area to confuse the trail.

The focus of this movie is on the mechanics of being a revolutionary. This group keeps as much as possible secret, even from their own operatives.
