Two boys tend to spend as much time at their neighbors house as possible because they have a television set, that fulfills their sumo wrestling entertainment needs. However, when their parents band them from going over there due to a quarrel between the adults, the boys attempt to persuade there mother to buy them a television set, which she refuses. Their father also not giving in to their pleas, they decide to go on a strike from speaking to any adults.
