The colonel of the 131st division of the airborne for the United States Navy is in an uphill battle with Washington. The President has announced a new plan to destroy his branch of the military. If he doesn't act fast, he risks losing everything. However, if he acts too soon, he could show his hand and lose the painful round of negotiations that he has been working so hard to secure. Torn between two choices, the colonel must make his decision quickly in order to avoid an all-out war between the branches of government. If he fails, the demise of the country will follow.
