Watch Moonbase

The year is 2065, L4 is an off world penitentiary, 380,000 kilometers from Earth's moon. The inmate population is six-thousand. Seven escape the penal colony. The escape prisoners hitch a ride in a refuse transport to the moon that is a waste landfill base. A corporation called WTI owns the moon base. The corporation has been cleaning up the Earth and sending its chemical waste to the moon. Decker told Russell to ask WTI about his transfer, and WTI denied him.

WTI Corporate, informs Russell a military inspection team is arriving, which made Russell somewhat suspicious. He is watching the monitors inside the base. His co-workers are cleaning up section B for the arrival of the inspection team. Someone kills one of the co-workers. Russell rushes to the air lock when he yells at the other man to come back inside. When the air lock is open, the seven escapees are standing there.

The military inspection team arrives. They are there for a Positron Pulse Warhead. They find out the escapees are posing as workers. There is a gunfight. The prisoners escape once again inside the base. One by one, the prisoners kill the inspection team after they find the warhead. Decker decides the only way he is going to get back to Earth is to help the criminals. Stark and Decker go back to the control room to get the shuttle started. They are lock out of the computer. In the end, Decker helps Russell before Stark kills him. Russell, Morgan and a worker get in the shuttle. They cannot open the bay doors.

Stark is also in the bay, and Russell sneaks outside in his suit, finds an electrical box to open the bay doors. The bay doors open. Somehow, Stark gets a suit on saving himself. Russell gets back inside the shuttle without Stark noticing, and the timer on the warhead reads 4 seconds.
