Watch Morning Glory

Based on the novel Morning Glory by Laveryle Spencer, this romantic drama has received very favorable reviews. The late Christopher Reeves plays Will Parker, a down and out drifter in Depression era Georgia. A widow named Elly Dinsmore (portrayed by Deborah Raffin) takes him in to provide extra help around her family farm. The plot unfolds as their personal relationship develops in the rural community, as events arise which challenge Will's integrity and arouse concern on the part of other people in the local area. Steven Hilliard Stern directed the movie, which earned praise for acting and cinematic presentation.
