Terri's mother reveals with her dying breath that she is adopted and her previous parents dies a horrible death. Now Terri and her boyfriend Chris go on a road trip to locate Terri's long lost brother. Alex has been catatonic in an institution the past 19 years. When Terri arrives at the institution, the nightmare horrid creature that killed her birth parents starts killing others in the institution. Suddenly Terri realizes the terrifying truth about the creature. Now she must find the strength to stop the creature, even if it means giving up the only chance of knowing her family.
