The Human Trace is a 2008 thriller about an undercover police officer who is examining a trail of murders. However, the film takes an unexpected path as none of the murders have any identifiable cause of death, the victims simply end up dead without cause. The film follows the police officer's efforts to solve what seems to be a trail of un-solvable murders in the criminal underground of the inner city. The film mixes paranormal and supernatural elements with classic crime thrillers to exciting and unique results.
