Directed by Uri Barbash, Unsettled Land is an Israeli drama that takes place in the year 1919. Dr. Anda and her Russian lover Marcus are part of a group of Jewish pioneers from Europe who have just arrived in Palestine. Their goal to build a kibbutz in Galilee is ruined, however, when tensions with the Arab locals and difficulties within the group occur.
