The Bob Hope Comedy Hour is one the classic shows in the history of television. Bob Hope was known for his own brand of comedy, his golf game and his many tours entertaining the troops with the USO. His comedy show was one that the whole family could tune in to, and he was one of the first comics that preferred to chuckle at his own jokes. He also did not choose to use blue language in his act, and this made his show the perfect one for parents to use to introduce their kids to great comedy.
