Vampire Island is a 2010 live action fantasy, horror film from director Kim Tae-gyun that was expressly based off of the manga series, Higanjima (Island of Red Spider Lillies). The plot of the film revolves around a group of youths headed by Akira Miyamoto whom journeys with her friends to the mysterious island of Higanjima to find her missing brother.
