Watch Sacco and Vanzetti

This documentary recounts how two Italian anarchists, Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti, went on trial for murder in 1920. Although the atmosphere at the trial was extremely prejudiced against these immigrants from the start, they were convicted of the crime and put to death in Boston seven years later. This film shines a spotlight on the continuing problem that immigrants and other dissenters in the U.S. face when it comes to bigotry and civil liberties.
